Sessions:    

      Individual Session: 50 minutes -  $220

      Couples Session: 50 minutes - $265

      Extended sessions are available and are billed accordingly.

Assessments:

    Assessments are recommended as needed or when requested. These are at an additional cost. The assessment and data analysis are included in the assessment fee. Assessment costs vary per assessment.

Insurance:

    I am an out of network provider and are not paneled with any insurance company. However, some insurance companies offer reimbursement for out of network providers. We provide any paperwork to you that you may need to submit to your insurance company upon request.

Payments:

     Cash, check, HSA, and all major credit/debit cards are accepted. 

​

Appointment Times:

    Appointment are available 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Tuesday through Friday. At this time, evening and weekend appointments are not available.

Types of Appointments:

    At this time, I offer both in person and video appointments. In person appointments are limited and only offered on certain days.

Cancellation Policy:

     If you cannot keep the scheduled appointment, you must notify your therapist directly to cancel or reschedule the appointment within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment time. Please note, appointments cancelled for any reason within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a full session fee. This means if you have an appointment for Monday at 3:00 pm, notification to cancel the appointment must be given prior to 3:00 pm on Thursday. Additionally, any missed appointments without notification (no show) will result in a full session fee.  If you late cancel or no show more than twice, your therapist may re-evaluate your needs, desires, and motivations for treatment at this time. ​

 When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, the time slot is unable to be filled by another client. This impacts current clients, clients with clinical emergencies, and those on the wait list. I understand from that some times unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable things come up. The cancellation policy is not to punish you if you cancel late or no show your appointment.

     You can cancel your appointment by calling, texting, or emailing me. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your video appointment time without notification, it will be treated like a late cancellation. If you are late to your in-person session, only the time that was meant to be available will be available to you. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.
