Benefits of Intensives

Accelerated Progress

Sometimes, weekly therapy is not enough to make the progress you want to make, especially in sensitive situations where change needs to happen sooner rather than later. Intensives allow for concentrated, undistracted exploration, fostering accelerated personal and emotional growth.

Tailored Approach

Each intensive is crafted to address your specific needs and goals. This personalized approach ensures that the therapeutic experience is finely tuned to support your goals.

Dig Deep

Intensives are a great way to dig deep and create understanding of patterns, challenges, and strengths that may take weeks or months to uncover in regular therapy.

Integrated Process

In an intensive, you'll have the option to utilize a variety of assessments, modalities, and tools all at once to find the relief and change you are seeking.

How Do Intensives Work?

Assessment and Planning

Upfront, we will spend a lot of time prior to the intensive getting to know you so that you can dive right into the work you need to do. This includes history taking and any helpful assessments.

Coordinated Recovery

If you are currently in a therapeutic process, there will be collaboration and coordination with your current provider if you wish, allowing for a consistent continuum of care to best support you.

Intensive Work

In your intensive, you'll dive deep into topics and engage with modalities and tools to help create the change you are seeking. Intensives help create the big shifts that need to happen for big change.
