How Do Intensives Work?
Assessment and Planning
Upfront, I will spend a lot of time prior to the intensive getting to know you so that you can dive right into the work you need to do. This includes history taking and any helpful assessments.
Coordinated Recovery
If you are currently in a therapeutic process, there will be collaboration and coordination with your current provider if you wish, allowing for a consistent continuum of care to best support you.
Intensive Work
In your intensive, you'll dive deep into topics and engage with modalities and tools to help create the change you are seeking. Intensives help create the big shifts that need to happen for big change.
Intensive Details
Intensives can be arranged to be 1-3 days. Because the intensive is tailored to your goals, each hour of the intensive is built specifically for your needs. The total intensive cost varies depending on the amount of days we spend together and the assessments administered.
