In working with premarital couples, I help them establish and strengthen their feelings of connection toward each other. I help couples build a foundation for their marriage that is built on awareness and gives them the communication skills needed to face conflicts as they arise.

How I can help:
I am a certified facilitator of Prepare/Enrich, which is an assessment that has proven valuable with all premarital couples I have worked with. It creates a snapshot image of your relationship and identifies areas of strengths and areas of your relationship that have room for growth. Prepare/Enrich has been the #1 Premarital and Marriage assessment for over 35 years having been utilized by over 4 million couples.
What is Prepare/Enrich?
Prepare/Enrich is an online assessment that is customized for each couple to ensure the results will feel accurate and relevant to your relationship. The assessment covers areas such as communication, conflict resolution, finances, spiritual beliefs, personality, family of origin, relationship dynamics, and also religion - if it is that is important to the couple. Each partner will take the assessment on their own, which will take about 45 minutes.
As the couple meets with me for our sessions, they will receive their results in a couples
report. The Prepare/Enrich results will help you celebrate your strengths as a couple and will also identify areas of growth in the relationship. As the facilitator, I help couples discuss these challenges through skill-building exercises, which will give the couple communication skills that will help them through all areas of their relationship.
To get the most benefit from the Prepare/Enrich program, 8-9 sessions are typically recommended, but this can be customized for the needs of each couple.
