Empathy Assessments

Empathy is often misunderstood. It isn't something you either have or don't have. Instead, it's a skill that can be nurtured and refined.

An Empathy Assessment helps you understand your empathy strengths and challenges, giving individuals and couples clear insight into how they relate to each other.

Who it's for

Individuals and couples who want to strengthen their relationships, work through a challenge, or understand themselves more deeply.

Common concerns

  • Being told you lack empathy
  • Struggling to understand others' feelings
  • Not knowing what to say when someone is upset
  • Being seen as uncaring or dismissive
  • Feeling disconnected from your partner
  • Having your intentions misunderstood

What to expect

An Empathy Assessment is a structured evaluation based on the Relational Empathy Model. It produces a detailed report on your ability to understand, feel, and respond to the emotions of others.

The report covers your empathy strengths and challenges, and includes recommendations for improving.

How we work

After the assessment, we meet for a session where the assessment is interpreted and discussed with you.
