Discovering infidelity can feel like a tornado has torn through your home. In any other crisis you might turn to your partner for comfort, but this time your partner caused the damage. It can feel impossible to make sense of what happened or to see a way forward.
Healing after infidelity is possible. We help you take it one step at a time, whether you were betrayed, you had the affair, or you are working on it together.
We work with the person who was betrayed and with the person who did the betraying, individually and as a couple.
Discovering a betrayal can be traumatic. It becomes hard to tell what is true from what isn't, and trickled disclosures of information only make it more difficult.
Many people find it hard to trust themselves: their decisions, their judgment, and whether they are to blame. Your therapist helps you rebuild that trust and work through the triggers the betrayal created, so you can make the decisions in front of you and move toward healing.
We take a comprehensive approach: trauma, attachment, emotional regulation and coping skills, boundaries and healthy communication are all part of it. You and your therapist build a plan for you, and for your relationship if that applies.
You don't need to know if you want to stay in your relationship or leave to get started in the healing process. For couples who do want to heal the relationship, we recommend both individual and couples counseling, so the infidelity is addressed head on while each of you does your own work.
A therapist on the Waitlist isn't taking new clients right now. You can still choose them in your consultation request.

Yes. Moving forward means learning to trust yourself and others again and working through the triggers the betrayal created. If you were betrayed, it can feel unfair to carry the work of healing from something you didn't cause. We are here to help you take those steps.
Yes. Therapy helps you understand the layers underneath your affair(s), so you can pull the pattern up by the root rather than just cutting it back.
For couples who want to heal the relationship, we recommend both. Individual counseling helps each of you heal in the ways you need to, while couples counseling addresses the relationship wound that now exists.
Send a consultation request and we'll get back to you to arrange a free 10–15 minute phone call with a therapist. It's a chance to ask questions and see if we're a good fit.
